Alpine Creek is part of the Les 3 Sophie range of Chalets, newly built in 2021. This holiday home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with another bunk bed in the nook of the living area, comfortably sleeping 8 guests, but it could accommodate 10 if you wish to use the sleeper couch. The two balconies and terrace offer stunning views over the surrounding mountain range. We have taken extra steps to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The kitchen is lovingly adorned with crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, a stove, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. MAIN BEDROOM
The main bedroom has been designed for stylish comfort, with a large double bed and a stylish wood headboard. You'll also find a dresser in the room, perfect for storing your clothes and other belongings. BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom of Alpine Creek Chalet is the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. The room is full of natural light and has two twin beds that can be kept separate or pushed together to form a double bed. And, its terrace door opens onto the chalet’s terrace, so you can take in the spectacular views of the mountains.
BEDROOM 3
The third bedroom at our luxury chalet is a bunk bed suite with two beds. While the room is smaller then the other bedrooms, the view from the window in this room offers an incredible view of the mountains and surrounding chalets in the Morzine valley.

Alpine Creek Chalet sleeps six guests in 3 bedrooms, as well as two more guests in a bunk bed in the living area. Morzine is located in an exceptional area near Switzerland, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski region in the French Alps. This lovely mountain village is famous for its modern ski resort and traditional village architecture. Morzine is located at 1 000 metres altitude, and is 10km from its neighbouring town, Avoriaz. Avoriaz, which is located between 1 100m and 2 400m altitude, has higher altitude pistes that retain better snow quality for longer. The area boasts some of the best ski pistes in Europe.

Ben & Charlotte
Hi, I'm Charlotte. My husband and I purchased a newly built Alpine Creek in 2021 as our home-away-from home. Both being avid skiers, we love this region of France and the proximity of our chalet to the ski resort. We have multiple other properties which we let to guests for short holidays, group stays, and family getaways, and are experienced hosts. Ben and I, with our three young boys, often stay at Alpine Creek Chalet, where we enjoy the beautiful surrounding environment, skiing for our whole family, and family-friendly activities for our kids. Ben, especially, is passionate about fine dining and wine, and can make great recommendations on the top restaurants in Morzine, or the best spots for après-ski and partying for the adults.

Booking and payments
How do I book?
You can check availability and book online through our website, or email us at bookings@thecreekcollection.com and we'll be delighted to help.
What do I pay, and when?
If you book 8 weeks or more before arrival, a 50% deposit secures your dates, with the balance due 8 weeks before you arrive. If you book within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking. A refundable damage deposit of €300 and a cleaning fee of €399 are payable with the balance.
How do I pay for my reservation?
By bank transfer, debit card or credit card.
What is your cancellation policy?

How many guests can the chalet accommodate?
Up to 8 guests.
What are the bedrooms like?
There are three bedrooms: a main bedroom with a double bed and doors onto the terrace, a second bedroom with twin beds that can be pushed together and also opens onto the terrace, and a third bedroom with bunk beds. There's an additional bunk bed in a nook in the living area.
How many bathrooms are there?
Three bathrooms plus a separate WC, with a bath, showers, a hairdryer, soap and toilet paper.
Where is the chalet?
Alpine Creek is apartment A003, on the ground floor of Les 3 Sophie, 2420 Route des Ardoisières, 74110 Morzine. It sits between Morzine and Avoriaz, closer to the Avoriaz lifts.

Yes, the floor plan is on our website.
What's provided
What should we bring?
Just your clothes, ski or hiking gear and food. Bed linen, towels, extra pillows and blankets, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets and cleaning essentials are all ready for you.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, beds are made up and bath towels are provided, with extra pillows and blankets.
What's in the kitchen?
A dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine, with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and wine glasses. Cooking basics (oil, salt and pepper) are provided.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, a washer-dryer under the stairs, with a starter supply of laundry detergent. A hoover, mop and bucket are also provided.
Is there wifi and TV?
Yes, fast, reliable Starlink wifi throughout, three smart TVs connected to the internet, and a sound system.
Is the chalet warm in winter?
Yes, the whole chalet has underfloor heating, and there's a log burner in the living area.
Where can we store skis and boots?
There's a private ski locker (A003) at the entrance to the underground garage. The key is with the chalet keys.
Is there outdoor space?
Yes, a terrace and two balconies with views over the mountains.
Arrival and departure
What time can we check in and out?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. If you'd like an early arrival, let us know and we'll do our best to arrange it.
Can we have a late checkout?
This is subject to availability on the day of checkout, however, you are welcome to contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do we get in?
Check-in is self-service. We'll send you the building entry code and key locker code before you arrive; the chalet and garage keys are in the key locker beside the front door.
Where do we park?
You have one free underground parking space, marked A003. There's a 2m height restriction, so roof boxes need to come off before entering. Extra cars will need to park in the village; we're happy to check whether a neighbour has a spare space, but this isn't guaranteed. Please don't use the outside bays, which belong to other apartments.
Can I charge my electric car?
We're sorry, but EV charging isn't available at the chalet. There are public chargers in Morzine town centre, including by Carrefour, and in Les Gets.
How do we get to Alpine Creek?
Shuttle services run from Geneva airport and local train stations to Morzine. We recommend Skiidy Gonzales, Ski Lifts, Mountain Dropoffs and Alpybus, or we can arrange your transfer for you through our Luxury Alpine service.
What do we need to do before we leave?
Please empty the fridge, take rubbish to the communal bins (a 3-minute walk, by the roundabout at the Navet bus stop), strip the beds (leaving the mattress and pillow protectors on), put used towels in the bath, and return furniture to its place. Rubbish left in the building or garage incurs a charge.

Is the chalet suitable for children?
Yes. The Avoriaz ski school is close by and welcomes children of all ages, and there are nursery slopes next to the resort.

Can we smoke?
No, Alpine Creek is non-smoking, inside and out.
Any other rules we should know?
Please keep noise considerate, as Les 3 Sophie is a shared residence. We may decline bookings from single-sex groups of more than six, or groups of three or more under-18s.
Local area
How close are the ski lifts?
The Prodains cable car up to Avoriaz is a short walk or two stops on the free bus. It's also the easiest place to collect ski passes you've bought online. In good snow, you can ski back towards the chalet.
How do we get into Morzine?
A free bus stops 50m from the chalet and reaches Morzine centre in about 10 minutes.
Where can we buy groceries?
There's a Carrefour in Morzine, 5 minutes' drive or 10 minutes by bus, and a supermarket in Avoriaz.
When is the best time to visit?
The ski season runs from December to early April. Summer is busiest in July and August, with mountain biking, hiking and Lac de Montriond. Spring and autumn are quieter and better value.
Activities and Recommendations
Can you arrange ski hire, lift passes, transfers or catering?
Yes, through our Luxury Alpine service. We'll quote for the services you'd like, plus a small arrangement fee, before booking anything; please ask well in advance. Alternatively, Doorstep Skis delivers ski hire to the chalet, Alpine Adventures delivers breakfast, lunch and dinner, and lift passes can be booked online.
Is mid-stay cleaning available?
Yes, extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged at an additional cost.
What is the Luxury Alpine package?
An optional add-on for ski passes, ski hire, Geneva airport transfers, catering and restaurant bookings, that we can arrange on your behalf.

Where do beginners and children ski?
There are nursery slopes next to the Avoriaz resort, and gentle slopes at Le Pleney in Morzine. The Avoriaz ski school is close to the chalet and takes all ages, including children.
What else is there to do in winter?
Snowshoeing, sledging, ice skating, snowmobiling, paragliding, cross-country skiing, the Aquariaz water park, a cinema and yoga, among others.
What is there to do in summer?
Mountain biking (buy a bike lift pass), hiking, Lac de Montriond for swimming and paddle boarding (about 10 minutes), summer tobogganing, via ferrata, canyoning, golf, tennis and horse riding. Peak summer is July and August.

For children: Easy2Ride, Evolution 2, Ecole de Ski 360 or ESF. For snowboarding: Mint. For adults: Supreme or ESF, both with over 20 years' experience. All are in or near Avoriaz:

La Folie Douce, on the slopes at the top of Avoriaz. Après runs roughly 3pm to 6pm with DJs and live music. It has a gourmet restaurant (La Fruitière), a casual canteen (La Petite Cuisine, no booking) and a VIP balcony.
